Dynamic AP Accountant Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AP Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable functions, including transaction verification, payables management, project accounting, and vendor payment management. They will also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for accounts payable-related matters.
  • Collaborate with project teams on WIP analysis, tracking project costs, and expenses.
  • Participate in project wrap process by reconciling final project costs.
  • Process vendor invoices, track and verify payment terms, and ensure timely payments.
  • Actively correspond with vendors and suppliers to resolve any outstanding payments.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure all payments and project accounting cadences are met.

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of working experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable functions.
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling EMEA region.
  • Positive working attitude.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work under minimal supervision.
