Summary:

Coordinates and oversees all project management activities for installation projects.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

  1. Send welcome letters to clients upon the assignment of a new project.
  2. Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to key stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings.
  4. Assist with installation schedule management.
  5. Help collect and organize client documentation required for a successful installation.
  6. Other administrative tasks as required to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  7. All other assigned duties and responsibilities not otherwise listed above.

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience within a professional business environment to include experience in a customer-facing, client services role.
