Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  2. Prepare sales presentations and determine marketing strategies.
  3. Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential customer/dealer volumes.
  4. Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  5. Maintain historical records of area and customer sales.
  6. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  7. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports.
  8. Assess and suggest improvements for current products/brands, including potential inclusion of other raw materials and site enhancements.
  9. Present proposed action plans and recommendations based on assessments.
  10. Execute approved action plans and recommendations.
  11. Consider product improvements, including site and raw material enhancements.
  12. Set standard operating procedures based on PNS standards.
  13. Apply for licenses to operate and for product registration.
  14. Coordinate the conduct of Experimental Use Permits (EUP).
