Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Account Manager located in Metro Manila. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include lead generation, maintaining communication with clients, and developing strong relationships to support their ICT needs. The role also requires tracking sales performance and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Experience in the ICT industry is a plus
