The qualified candidate will be ultimately responsible for growing the Human Nature business within their assigned key account/s in a manner that is aligned with Human Nature's values and ways of working (some of which do not subscribe to the industry norm).

As a Senior Key Account Manager (Team Lead), the role will include having one or more key account managers/specialists directly reporting to him/her and will require him/her to hold their direct reports accountable for consistently and regularly adhering to the retail fundamentals for their own respective key accounts.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Achievement of individual and team's objective when it comes to Sales Target, Collections and Merchandising Excellence.
  • Lead the team to communicate our advocacies, brand objectives and all fundamentals needed to internal and external customers to achieve the goal.
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Order Processing Group, Trade Marketing, Merchandising Operations, Category Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, develop, implement, and monitor plans towards the achievement of targets for his/her account as well as the total team. Provide work direction to the team to achieve sales and distribution targets on a monthly basis.
  • Conduct consultation meetings, business reviews, and trade checks to ensure that sales fundamentals and targets are achieved.
  • Maintain and grow the company's relationship with assigned accounts, emphasizing developing new business opportunities through increased distribution, product expansions, and campaign development anchored to our company advocacies.
  • Regular alignment, coaching, and mentoring with the team to develop performance, personality, skills, and spiritual growth.
  • Provide monthly sales forecast and product demand forecast as needed.
  • Oversee inventory management of more than 100+ enlisted SKUs, conduct regular assortment reviews, monitoring of out-of-stock, overstocks, and on-shelf availability.
  • Lead regular business updates and business reviews, ensuring that the company is hitting the account's objectives and vice versa, including competitive reports or feedback crucial to our business.

Special Projects:

  • Identify processes, training, and rewards needed to elevate team productivity and ensure company loyalty.
  • Influence and lead the team to participate in social and spiritual activities that promote our company advocacies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management/sales, preferably in the FMCG Sector.
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers of the accounts to be managed.
  • Action and detail-oriented, with a passion for excellence.
  • Flexible, possessing good interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership skills to lead the tri-partite team in ensuring perfect and consistent performance.
  • Good organization and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to travel often to key accounts in Metro Manila and provinces when needed.
