Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

  1. Proficiency in managing taxation, financial accounting, preparation month close schedules & bank reconciliation statements, working capital management, treasury, commercial matters, management reporting and finalization of accounts in multinational.
  2. Adept in designing and implementing systems/procedures to achieve financial discipline and enhance the overall efficiency of the organization.
  3. An effective communicator with excellent analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ensuring complete revenue accounting developing strong processes and controls which ensure zero revenue leakages.
  5. Effectively and timely invoicing to clients and monitor/ensure collection.
  6. Ensuring complete expense accounting, accruals in books and monthly review of month-end accruals lying in books.
  7. Monthly closing of books and preparing various MIS reports required by management for review.
  8. Forecasting and budgeting, segment reporting, project reporting and analysis.
  9. Good knowledge of Financial Accounting Standards is a must.
  10. Good in process drafting and policies and establish controls around so that it is adhered to.
  11. To prepare financial statements as per local law and US GAAP.
  12. To handle internal and external audits; added advantage if handle SOX audit.
  13. Ensuring timely processing of payroll and employee-related expense claims, vendor payments.
  14. Ensuring proper closure of books and providing various MIS to management for review monthly, quarterly and annually.
  15. Well versed with payroll taxes and compliances.
  16. Corporate income tax and individual tax for employees withholding tax liability.
  17. International tax with regard to transfer pricing documents, arm's length pricing and withholding tax.
  18. Compliances of withholding tax, all tax return filing and making payment of statutory taxes on due date.
  19. Having knowledge of indirect tax VAT and related compliances.
  20. Having good interpersonal skills for handling clients and internal departments to ensure closure of things in a time-bound manner.
  21. Having knowledge of accounting software.
  22. Maintaining project, invoices and collection trackers for review by management.
  23. Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  24. Should be proficient in English.
