Apply practice area knowledge and customer insights to deliver content that ensures accuracy, currency, relevance, accessibility, and timeliness for AEFP by:

  • Working with Practice Area Manager to advise authors on writing and restructuring material as required;
  • Editing and formatting GS content to ensure accuracy, authoritativeness, and comprehensiveness that meet customer benchmarks;
  • Preparing tasks for content conversion;
  • Applying and editing XML markup for content;
  • Publishing and conducting quality audits of content;
  • Uploading content into Suites and Bundles;
  • Monitoring developments in the law covered within AEFP;
  • Performing original research as required;
  • Project management;
  • Thoroughly reviewing content for sense and conformity to LexisNexis house style, proofreading legal content, and making style corrections in accordance with product style guides.

Identify process improvements and collaborate with REPH Editors, Operations Supervisor, Managing Editor, and Senior Editors to implement streamlined Content Management team processes.

Perform other agreed-upon editorial tasks.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field;
  • Strong commitment to performance and team success;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in MS Office or equivalent tools;
  • Experience in editorial and publishing is a plus.
