About the team

Proto is a fully-remote global team across 10+ countries, with 66% female management. We're a remote team of AI engineers and SaaS professionals that thrive on cross-cultural collaboration, with opportunities for periodic in-person work.

Job Summary

Proto is looking for a talented Content Marketing Manager to take full responsibility for our inbound content requirements including social media (company and management personal accounts), website blog (full-funnel content), and lead generation content.

Our ideal candidate is a creative marketing professional with a strong writing background. You should be able to develop engaging short and long-form content to attract and retain customers. You also need to be up-to-date with new technologies and marketing trends, and drive brand awareness for Proto's brands.

Responsibilities

  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals
  • Undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets
  • Collaborate with designers to produce high-quality content
  • Develop an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met
  • Draft, edit, and develop content for a variety of platforms
  • Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Analyze web traffic metrics
  • Share content through various channels, ensuring a strong web presence
  • Receive customer and team feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a content marketer and content writer
  • Proficiency in MS Office and WordPress or other Content Management Software
  • Understanding of web publishing requirements
  • Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Expertise in social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
  • Project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with AI search optimization
  • Experience with Figma, Webflow, and/or Canva
  • PR outreach experience and/or knowledge
