We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Content Communications Manager to drive brand positioning, thought leadership, and digital engagement - positioning Selion Global as the trusted voice in leadership and executive search while integrating Selion Global Retreats as a natural extension of our leadership advisory expertise.

Your Mission

  • Elevate Brand Presence – Strengthen recognition of Selion Global as a premier leadership advisory firm and Selion Global Retreats as a high-level leadership experience.
  • Establish Thought Leadership – Drive impactful content on executive search, leadership, and business strategy.
  • Strengthen Market Visibility – Expand engagement in key industries and regions.
  • Integrate Leadership Retreats – Communicate Selion Global Retreats as a strategic, high-value offering for senior executives.
  • Ensure Consistency & Quality – Maintain a strong content and communication strategy across multiple platforms, reinforcing brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Brand Positioning

  • Develop and execute a content & marketing strategy that seamlessly integrates Selion Global's executive search expertise with its leadership retreats.
  • Define target audience personas and create tailored content for C-suite executives, board members, and industry influencers.

Content Creation & Thought Leadership

  • Write compelling, research-driven articles on leadership, executive search, and industry trends.
  • Develop SEO-optimised blog posts that strengthen brand authority and drive website traffic.
  • Craft insightful LinkedIn content - including posts, leadership insights, and discussion prompts.
  • Produce high-impact marketing content for Selion Global Retreats.
  • Create engaging newsletters and reinforce Selion Global's thought leadership.

Strategic Content Planning & Market Engagement

  • Develop a high-impact editorial calendar to ensure consistency and relevance.
  • Align brand messaging with Selion Global's leadership positioning, ensuring clarity, authority, and resonance.
  • Monitor market trends and industry insights to create timely, relevant content.

  • Analytical & Market-Driven – You translate leadership trends into insightful, high-impact content.
  • Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented – You thrive in fast-moving, high-performance environments.

What You Need to Have

  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, corporate communications, or branding.
  • Proven experience creating content for senior executives in executive search, leadership advisory, management consulting, financial services, or other high-level professional services.
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or executive-level client engagement is a plus if focused on thought leadership, high-net-worth clientele, or leadership offsites.
  • Ability to develop and execute LinkedIn engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in content planning tools, SEO, and analytics.
  • A keen eye for branding, aesthetics, and consistency.
