Job Description

The Solution Sales Advisor leads a cross-functional team in qualifying opportunities and building high-level requirements of the customers. They build key relationships and drive meaningful conversations with key decision makers, including C-level executives, to showcase Globe's innovation and technology solutions to potential customers.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Achieve assigned sales targets on an annual basis.
  2. Identify and qualify opportunities; perform preliminary screening of deals through customer scoping meetings, business & technical evaluation.
  3. Present business and technical benefits of the solution being offered to the customer.
  4. Drive conversations about how ICT services can transform our customers' organizations.
  5. Orchestrate cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Finance, Contracts management, Legal, Network, IT, and Operations to ensure timely release of customer proposals for qualified leads.
  6. Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver commitments and services to the customers.
  7. Coordinate and execute cross-functional and go-to-market strategies to help our customers transform their enterprises through hybrid solutions.
  8. Identify needs, use-cases, and innovative solutions that lead to more opportunity creation.
  9. Provide feedback and insights to Product and Go-To-Market teams to ensure Globe's ICT offerings are aligned with customer needs and relevant use cases.
REQUIREMENTS
  1. Pursue cloud practitioner certification (AWS).
  2. Vendor Sales certification (Azure / Google / VMWare).
  3. Completion of GU Learning Modules focused on ICT Cybersecurity Practitioner.
  4. Business Applications & Solutions Certifications.
  5. Change Management.
