  • Working experience in an ESL or BPO setting (voice or non-voice) or in similar or related field is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of BPO or customer service experience via phone, chat, or email.
  • Amenable to shifting schedules (morning to mid shift), and willing to work on weekends as well as holidays.
