Overview

Join TaskUs PH as a Content Moderator for the Molino 3D Campaign. In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure a safe and engaging online environment. You will collaborate with a diverse team and utilize cutting-edge tools to maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate 3D content uploaded by users to identify and remove inappropriate material
  • Ensure compliance with content policies and guidelines set by the client
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback to content creators on moderation actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and user experience
  • Monitor content trends and user behavior to anticipate potential issues and proactively address them
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on the latest moderation practices
Qualifications
  • 1 yr BPO Experience
  • Willing to work onsite
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in content moderation or a related field is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Knowledge of 3D content creation tools is a plus
