At Probe, expect to think differently, challenge the norm and find your purpose.The **People Benefits Associate (Project-Based)** will mainly focus on Collections for Maternity and Sickness under SSS. This will also be responsible to assist on specific HR initiatives or programs within an organization, rather than ongoing, daily HR tasks. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion, often with defined start and end dates. Responsibilities include project planning, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring projects align with overall business objectives**Main Responsibilities:*** Assist employees on a day-to-day inquiries or concern related to benefits;* Facilitate and ensure coordination between concerned government agencies and Probe CX (company) on relevant matters in relation to compliances;* Secure clearances from various government agencies for purposes of conducting due* diligence for the company and its entities;* Collate and prepare the necessary documents/plans/studies required in applications for licenses, permits, clearances, certifications in relation to company compliances**Qualifications:*** Graduate of Psychology, HR, or other related-courses* Amenable for a project-based employment of 5 months* Amenable to work onsite in Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City[])0:00 / 0:56
