Job Overview

MCI, a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking a Website Developer to craft engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves developing websites and web applications, ensuring they meet client needs and exceed user expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Implement and update website designs and content
  2. Optimize content for SEO and analyze website performance using Google Analytics
  3. Troubleshoot bugs and glitches
  4. Coordinate with team for product launches and online course integrations
  5. Manage email marketing and website hosting issues
  6. Ensure consistent style, quality, and tone across content
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2 years of web development experience
  • Copywriting, content creation, and digital marketing skills
  • Strong research, analytical, and SEO strategy skills
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Authorized to work in the job location
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening
