Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Develop and implement sales strategies for nationwide market coverage

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, cooperatives, and distributors

Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity

Oversee sales operations, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations

Monitor and report sales performance to the President

Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure smooth product delivery and after-sales service

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, engineering, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in agricultural equipment or heavy machinery

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Willingness to travel extensively nationwide

Valid driver's license
