Job Description

Our Sales Operation team works on a set of business activities, processes and tools that help Carousell's sales organisation run efficiently and helps them to execute on overall business strategies and objectives.

We are looking to hire a Sales Operations Business Partner to support our regional sales teams in key markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines and Taiwan.

This role will report to the Business Strategy & Operations Senior Manager:

  1. Act as a key business partner to your allocated sales team and market for Sales Operations related activities and analyses.
  2. Support business needs around reporting, contracting, invoicing, analysis, working with Sales, Category leads, Regional finance and other sales operations team members.
  3. Maintenance of customer/partner master data, including account attributes, legal agreements and CRM account hierarchy data for the relevant business team(s).
  4. Manage systems interfaces related to sales reporting, commissions, data processing, customer master data and territory management for the relevant business team(s).
  5. Provide training on sales support systems, tools and processes to all sales users.
  6. Participate in sales strategy discussions and help gather organisational information for the preparation of new process & tool implementations.
  7. Alignment of processes within the Carousell Media Group.
Qualifications
  1. At least 4 years of sales operations & reporting experience.
  2. Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business requirements across a fast growing business.
  3. Must be highly analytical with the ability to understand business metrics, processes & support tools.
  4. Possess proficient spreadsheet & slide skills, preferably with Google Suite.
  5. A love of ecommerce, technical things and working knowledge of the fast-paced start-up world will be an added advantage.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities to untangle complex issues.
  7. Ideally proficient in using SalesForce CRM for creating and maintaining reports & dashboards.
  8. Can-do attitude with the agility to adapt to changes.
  9. Self-starter and highly self-motivated, takes initiative.
  10. Bonus if you have knowledge about the advertising industry.
