Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze data for reporting purposes directly from a variety of sources, i.e., Siebel, BOXI, SAP, Fleetview, D365 and other external sources.
  • Develop custom analytic reports in both Excel and Power BI; analyze and present results to Management.
  • Build and maintain analysis service report models in Power BI.
  • Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies. Identify opportunities for improvement through analysis and observation.
  • Organize information-sharing sessions with teams and departments as required.
  • Respond to internal or external inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Generate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly customer reports for both Geo and Worldwide MPS accounts, including data exporting, calculation, formatting, linking, charts generation, and validation of account data through analysis and historical data trending.
  • Research causes of data fluctuation and other inconsistencies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer report packages for Managed Print Services customers.
  • Communicate with Business Operations, Service Delivery and Customer Operations to gather, validate, and follow through for required data and escalation; initiate communication with other functions as needed and clearly deliver business requirements to accountable functions.
  • Be the first point of contact for inquiries and concerns of stakeholders and ensure attainment of Timeliness, Completion, and Quality targets.

  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Advanced Excel and Power BI
  • Visual Basic is an asset
  • Knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
  • Project Management skills
  • Workforce Management background is a plus
Education, Experience and Certification
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Project Management skills are a plus
  • Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
