Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of the VP for Quality/Manufacturing, the Quality Control Manager shall ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. All specified internal and external requirements and targets must be met, and if necessary, improvements shall take place. He/She is also responsible for the strategic leadership of the quality control system of the manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible to ensure outmost customer satisfaction within the area of quality and services.

  2. Responsible in establishing/translating product quality targets and ensuring that appropriate actions are in place to achieve the set goals and objectives.

  3. Establishes the individual and departmental goals and objectives and monitors its performance through key performance indicators.

  4. Establishes quality control standards and directs the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure that sufficient controls are in place to meet customer, system, regulatory and internal requirements.

  5. Leads in executing and implementing the systems/business process that have been defined.
