Sales Executive - Education Consulting & Student Recruitment
The Sales Executive - Education Consulting & Student Recruitment is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for driving student recruitment and expanding our client base within the education sector. This role involves building strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and has a proven track record in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential students and their families through various channels
- Conduct personalized consultations to understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable educational programs and institutions
- Guide students through the application and admission process, providing expert advice and support
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application progress
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed recruitment targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the education sector
- Deliver compelling presentations and conduct workshops to promote the company's services
- Develop and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and social media posts
- Participate in education fairs, conferences, and other industry events
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with students and their families
- Address student inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Follow up with students post-placement to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or related industry
- Experience in international student recruitment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and parents
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as required
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
