
Staff Specialist Trainer

We're looking for a dynamic and client-focused Staff Specialist Trainer / Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role blends training, onboarding, and frontline client support. You will play a critical role in ensuring both new and existing customers are well-supported and confident in using our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable running demos, conducting live trainings, and responding to real-time client needs with empathy and clarity.
Responsibilities- Conduct weekly training sessions for both new and existing clients
- Deliver live product demonstrations and provide hands-on onboarding support
- Serve as a client-facing representative, offering high-touch, empathetic support
- Develop and maintain support materials, including knowledge base articles and training videos
- Collect, document, and track client feedback, feature requests, and software issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance training resources and the overall customer experience
- Provide onboarding and troubleshooting support to both internal teams (e.g., Sanguine) and external clients
- Ensure clients feel heard and valued by delivering clear, personalized software walkthroughs
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role—training, onboarding, or support—within a SaaS environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in leading calls and presentations
- Actively listens and empathizes with client concerns to ensure excellent service
- Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing client needs and following up on product-related issues
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Familiar with tools such as HubSpot, UserPilot, Loom, and automation platforms
- Experience recording training or onboarding videos and using automation for client education
- Exposure to Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM platforms is a bonus
- Tech-savvy, client-focused, and highly organized
- Patient and thoughtful when guiding users transitioning from manual systems like spreadsheets
- Passionate about creating a seamless and empowering onboarding experience
- Thrive in collaborative teams and enjoy contributing to a growing organization
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM Central Time (Onsite)
