Senior Game Producer

Stratton Studios is looking for a Senior Game Producer to lead complex, multi-team game projects from pre-production through live operations. In this role, you'll coordinate production across departments, manage other producers, and be a key liaison between internal development and external partners. You'll balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on production leadership, ensuring smooth delivery of exceptional games.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple teams or pods across time zones, managing producers while ensuring scope, quality, and budget targets are consistently met.
• Serve as the operational and creative bridge between clients and internal teams, owning external relationships and aligning expectations.
• Define, evolve, and maintain production roadmaps, prioritizing features and deliverables that adapt to shifting goals.
• Foster alignment and communication across design, engineering, art, and QA functions, driving a collaborative and accountable culture.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies that protect timelines and team health.
• Mentor production staff, supporting their development and scaling team-wide effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor, document, and refine production practices to improve velocity, collaboration, and delivery quality.
  

What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven success leading production on shipped game titles, including cross-functional and remote teams.
• Experience managing other producers or production staff in a distributed, agile environment.
• Mastery of production frameworks like Agile or Kanban, with a pragmatic approach to adapting tools per project.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a talent for conflict resolution and team enablement.
• Background working with international clients and internal teams across multiple time zones.
• Ability to confidently represent team and project status to stakeholders, with clarity and integrity.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to balance execution, scope management, and long-term planning.
• Deep understanding of the full game development lifecycle, from pre-production through live operations.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Experience in co-development settings with large publishers or IP holders.
• Familiarity with Unity, Unreal, or other major game engines.
• Background in art, design, or engineering that enhances your ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
