Job Summary:

The Human Resource Officer will assist in running the daily functions and activities of the Human Resources (HR) department with an ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.

To ensure success, the HR Officer shall be equipped in creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines and making sure they adhere to standards. The HR Officer may act as a bridge between employees and managers, and create or advise on the creation of policies around employee issues.

Job Description:

  1. Track the status of disciplinary/administrative cases and labor cases.
  2. Issuing NTE, NODS, and conducting administrative hearings.
  3. Ensures compliance with all legal/regulatory policies and requirements.
  4. Ensure fair and proper handling of all disciplinary and administrative proceedings.
  5. Formulates recommendations and updates policies in accordance with legal standards.
  6. Providing support in the various human resources functions, which include recruitment and talent management.
  7. Assist in performance management and employee evaluation.

Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Legal Management, Human Resource Management, Political Science, or other related degrees.
  2. Experienced in developing and administering policies and procedures.
  3. Holds proper knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and its allied laws, rules, and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
