Responsibilities
  1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

  2. Ensure branches' compliance with company policies (especially per handbook).

  3. Overall in-charge, performing and supervising the full cycle recruitment process.

  4. Monitor performance evaluation of probationary and regular employees based on the scheduled appraisal period.

  5. Prepare and issue disciplinary sanctions for employees' violations of company rules and policies.

  6. Handle investigations, submit reports, and provide recommendations to management based on company policy.

  7. Prepare company inter-office memorandums and other official correspondence.

  8. Responsible for organizing and filing 201 files of employees.

Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.

  2. Proven experience as an HR officer or in another HR position.

  3. Knowledgeable of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).

  4. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

  5. Proficient in MS Office.

  6. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.

  9. Strong ethics and reliability.

  10. Can start immediately.
