The Role

Job Objectives: The primary objective is to provide quality customer service assistance to the VP-Marketing and Account Executives' regular customers and inquiries.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone calls and take messages in the absence of the intended receiver.
  • Responsible for daily call reports from Account Executives.
  • Respond to telephone calls and email messages from regular and potential clients in the absence of the Account Executives.
  • File quotations, daily call reports, brochures, sample books, swatches, and other project documents.
  • Process and compile documents for accreditations, bidding, permit applications, etc.
  • Prepare the Operation and Maintenance Manual.
  • Forward approved delivery and demo requests to the logistics department for scheduling.
  • Check and confirm proper delivery of carpets.
  • Follow up on purchase orders, quotations, down payments, cheques, samples, etc.
  • Inquire about stock availability, prices, and product details from suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the technical team on measurement and collection schedules.
  • Coordinate installation, rectification, and punch list schedules with subcontractors.
  • Process sales quotations and orders through SAP.
  • Coordinate billing with the accounting department and process invoices as requested.
  • Monitor collection receipts and forward official receipts to the Audit Department.
  • Manage petty cash receipts consolidation.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Ideal Profile
  • Candidate must have at least a bachelor's or college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in computer operations with good communication skills.
  • Procurement or logistics experience is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
