Job Description

  • Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and guidelines (issuance of disciplinary action who violated the Company Rules and Regulation)

  • Handling of employee relations.

  • Responsible for the delegation of dormitory occupants.

  • Responsible for overall recruitment and selection of employees needed by each department.

  • Complete and maintain employee records (201 Files)

  • Coordinate manpower requirements with agency coordinators.

  • Plan, develop, implement and evaluate training and development programs of BFFI

  • Design and coordinate training programs based on organization and employee needs

  • Provide career development sessions for existing staff and conduct induction sessions for new employees

  • Operate fax and photocopying machines.

  • Coordinate general services to include provision of refreshments and meals, dormitory facilities for employees, transportation and handling of visitors.

  • Coordination with Human Resource and Accounting Department of Head Office.

  • Responsible for the processing of DTR from David link Time Management System and submit regularly the Employee timesheets to Head Office for payroll purposes.

  • Assumes the direct and indirect responsibility to implement the objectives, targets and programs of the company to ensure that the integrated management system of the company is implemented.

  • Initiates action under his/her scope of work to assure that BFFI products, processes and services are carried out in an environmentally responsible and protective manner to guarantee the integrity of BFFI's food safety practices and to implement continual improvement programs.

  • Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor of Science in Psychology, BS Business AD Major in Human Resource Management or any related course

  2. With at least 3 – 4 years of experience as HR Staff

  3. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and teaching skills, organizational and attention to detail skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and strong supervisory and leadership skills.
