Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Financial and Support Services Officer (CFSSO), ensuring efficient operation of both professional and personal aspects.
- Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars for business and personal commitments.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for both business and personal matters.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, assist in project management to ensure efficient workflow, and coordinate projects and priorities effectively and professionally in both business and personal settings.
- Facilitate internal and external communication, acting as a liaison between the CFSSO, staff, external partners, and personal contacts.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including logistics, attendees, agendas, facilities, and personal itineraries.
- Assist the CFSSO in preparing financial reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents, along with personal financial management and documentation.
- Receiving, verifying, routing documents for signature of the CFSSO.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and proficiency in administrative software.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Exemplary communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability.
