GBM Junior Business Intelligence and Reporting Support

The Role

As aJunior Business Intelligence and Reporting Supportwithin the GDC Global Benefits Management(GBM)team,youwillcontributeaspartofateaminvolvedinseveralactivitiesto support global and regional coordination of benefits for our global and regional clients while maintaining their benefits databases.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentationskills,effectivecollaborationandproblemsolvingskills,abilitytoorganizeandderive meaningful insights from data, very proactive and adaptable, collaborative and team player.

Preferably,candidateshaveabackgroundon basicfinancialknowledgeandworkeffectivelyon revenue-related data.

KeyActivities

• Executeupdatesandmaintenanceofdashboards,reports,anddatamodelsforGBMclients.
• PrepareH&BsharedrevenuesreportforGBMclients,ensuringaccuracyandtimelydelivery, for senior review.
• Collect,clean,andorganizedatafromvarioussourcestosupportreportingandanalytics.
• Implementupdatestoexistingdashboardsandreportsunderguidancefromseniorteam members.
• AssistingatheringdatarequirementsfromIGS,GBMOperations,andH&Bstakeholders. Translate these requirements into actionable tasks (data extraction, report updates, dashboard changes).
• PerformregulardataqualitychecksonGBMpolicyandoperationaldata;documentand escalate discrepancies.
• Supportdeploymentandtestingofnewtechnologyplatforms,systems,orapplications, performing hands-on tasks to ensure smooth rollout.
• Troubleshootbasicreportinganddataissues;escalatecomplexcasesto theappropriate group.
• Executeupdatestoclaimsdashboardsandgovernancereporting,assistingwithdata collection, validation, and visualization.
• Monitordeadlinesandensuretimelydeliveryofallscheduledreportsanddashboards.
• Followstandardprocedurestoupdate,extract,andstoreGBMsalesandoperationaldata.
• AssistinpreparingmaterialsandinstructionsfortrainingoradoptionofBItoolsforoperations teams.
• Providefeedbackonprocessinefficienciesorpotentialimprovementstoseniorteam members.

The Requirements

• Bachelor'sdegreerequired,preferablyinaprogramwithheavyemphasison businessorequivalent in a relevant discipline.
• 3+yearsofsignificantworkexperienceina businessintelligence/reportsandanalytics role,previous employee benefits or insurance experience on a shared services operation is a plus
• Communicator;displaysstrongoral,writtenandpresentationskillsinEnglish
• ProficiencyinEnglishrequired,proficiencyinoneadditionallanguagepreferred
• AdvancedproficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(Outlook,Word,Excel,PowerPoint, PowerBI),including developing data models, writing DAX measures, and Power Query scripts
• Strongskillsondatastorytellingandtranslatinginsightsfornon-technicalaudiences
• Methodicalandstructuredapproach,especiallywithproblemsolvingand,analyticalthinking
• Effectiveskillsonautomation,dataquality,andscalability
• Basicfinancialknowledgeandabilitytoworkeffectivelywithrevenue-relateddata
