Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner with strong regional exposure and experience in fast-paced startup environments. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting decision-making through financial analysis, strategic planning, and performance management. The Finance Business Partner will bridge finance with operations, ensuring financial insights drive growth, efficiency, and profitability across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with regional leadership teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support commercial decisions, market expansion, and cost optimization.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to non-finance leaders, translating financial data into actionable business outcomes.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
  • Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and management reports to track financial and operational performance.

Commercial & Operational Support

  • Support pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and investment decisions.
  • Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to evaluate business cases and new initiatives.
  • Drive financial accountability across regional teams.

Startup/Scale-Up Support

  • Build and improve financial models, processes, and controls tailored for a growing organization.
  • Support fundraising, investor reporting, and capital allocation when needed.
  • Establish scalable reporting systems and ensure compliance across multiple markets.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, tax requirements, and regional regulatory obligations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partners.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Certified Public Accountant
  • Minimum 10 years of finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a regional role.
  • Proven experience in startups, scale-ups, or high-growth companies.
  • Strong background in FP&A, business partnering, and commercial finance.
  • Solid understanding of regional financial regulations and cross-border operations.
  • Proficiency in financial systems, ERP, and advanced Excel/financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php150, Php200,000.00 per month
