Job Description
- Lead and manage sales efforts across diverse industry sectors with strategic agility
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand presence and offerings
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performing sales culture
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT service trends and competitive landscape
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience selling IT services or technology solutions/Fintech/Product preferably in a leadership or senior sales role
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage and close complex sales cycles across various industries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated, agile, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
