Sales Account Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:
- On time submission of sales and monthly report to Head Office.
- Develop new sales techniques to enhance sales performance.
- Check Rental Agreements prepared by sales admin.
- Handle client's complaints.
- Develop prospective accounts in the assigned territory.
- Prepare collateral folder for credit line approval.
- Prepare memos and computation for approval.
- Prepare and deliver proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients by ensuring total customer satisfaction and by attending to their demands.
- Renew rental contracts for corporate clients.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Qualifications:
- College Graduate / Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
- Familiar with a variety of marketing techniques.
- Language proficient and a skilled communicator.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate records.
- Ability to obtain potential accounts.
