Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the general accounting team and ensure accurate transaction recording
  • Prepare and review financial statements and budget reports
  • Support financial forecasting, risk analysis, and performance improvement
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
  • Provide financial insights to management for strategic decisions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy (BSA); CPA preferred but not required
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in general accounting or reporting
  • Strong background in financial reporting and analysis
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
