Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the BW-PC Sourcing Unit Manager, the PC Production Manager will be responsible for managing Deos and Bottles operations at the BW-PC Cavite site, ensuring key metrics such as Safety, Quality, Service, Waste, and Cost are achieved. Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing site-specific safety and environmental programs and leading safety culture improvements.
  • Ensuring products meet world-class quality standards and fostering a quality culture.
  • Achieving 99% output reliability and best-in-class productivity for reliable service.
  • Developing agile work systems to engage and motivate employees towards autonomy.
  • Coordinating production activities through First Line Managers.
  • Integrating UMS and R2S methodologies and promoting best practices.
  • Driving autonomous maintenance of equipment.
  • Maintaining discipline and minimizing organizational loss time.
  • Managing manufacturing processes and addressing deviations.
  • Achieving production cost targets, including labor, OEE, and waste reduction.
  • Monitoring and controlling parameters for cost-effectiveness.
  • Providing coaching and training to develop team capabilities.
Experiences & Qualifications
  • Preferably 5 to 10 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Understanding and enforcement of SHE standards and GMPs.
  • Effective conflict management and creating an inclusive environment.
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment, concepts, and regulations (preferred).
  • Leadership experience in WCM/UMS, R2S (preferred).
  • Strong change management skills (preferred).
  • Understanding of how operational performance impacts financial outcomes.
