Position Title: Policy Manager

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for establishing new, enhancement / updating of consumer loan-related policies, end-to-end process of consumer loan products and, ensuring that these are in compliance with the regulatory and credit policies of the Bank.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 3-6 years working experience in policy creation and implementation
  • At least 3-6 years experience handling consumer loan portfolios
  • Must be well-versed in report creations
  • Attentive to Detail
  • Good communication skills (verbal and oral)
