Job Description

Assists the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) and COE Heads in overseeing Globe Group's financial reporting processes, internal controls, policies and procedures, enhancing external auditor's independence and audit quality, internal audit functions, regulatory compliance, assessment of related party transactions (RPTs), and all aspects of business operations including subsidiaries, joint ventures, and associates.

Duties And Responsibilities
  • Support the COE Heads and CAE in developing, refining, and realizing strategies, goals, and objectives.
  • Assist in annual risk assessment and work plan development.
  • Conduct independent audits and reviews, providing value-added advisory services on internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Perform tasks efficiently as the lead auditor.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and coaching on engagements.
  • Collaborate with team members by sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to support oversight.
  • Ensure activities comply with ISPPIA, the IA Charter, and Operations Manual.
  • Perform special projects as requested by senior management.

  • Deliver the team's work plan and support customer satisfaction (NPS).
  • Implement process improvement initiatives and utilize analytical tools.
  • Focus on individual development and engagement in Globe activities.
  • Ensure compliance with budgets and identify cost savings, aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals.
