As an Integration Lead, your job is to ensure different systems, applications, or technologies within an organization work together seamlessly. You will bridge technical implementation, project coordination, and ongoing system management. You will provide advanced technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise to resolve complex issues and prevent issues from happening again. You will function as an escalation point for complex unresolved and repetitive problems, mentor junior team members, and participate in project deliverables and improvement of support processes and services.

1. Implementation and Development
  • Develop and configure integration solutions using Workload Automation Tools or custom scripts. Familiarity with APIs is an advantage.
  • Establish communication between different software systems, databases, or cloud platforms via file transfer, etc.
  • Test integration components to ensure compatibility, reliability, and performance.
  • Participate in group project implementations as a dedicated resource to support component, system integration, and UAT.
2. Monitoring and Maintenance
  • Monitor system integrations to identify and resolve errors or performance issues.
  • Maintain and update integration solutions to accommodate changes in business needs or software updates.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
  • Help maintain an efficient technical environment for all customer services, document all architectural plans, and provide support for all functions and the installation of system components.
3. Project Coordination
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT staff, and business analysts.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to align integration efforts with organizational goals.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and documentation for integration projects.
4. Security and Compliance
  • Implement secure integration practices to protect sensitive data.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or industry-specific standards.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities.

Do you have experience in the following?

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is required.
  • In-depth knowledge and at least 5+ years of relevant work experience in System Administration focusing on scripting, integration, API, UNIX, and Automation.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security and databases.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Certification:

  • Linux 101 and 102 (Preferred but not Required)
  • Cloud (Azure, GCP, or AWS), any one of the identified Cloud Platforms.
