POSITION SUMMARY

Finance and Accounting domain is looking for a Full-Time Finance Systems Support (FSS) Senior Analyst. The FSS Senior Analyst is responsible for the technical support of Finance Systems to ensure the solution within a specified domain meets the needs of the business.

The role requires experience and knowledge in Finance Operations and Finance Information Systems like ERP, CRM, Month End Tools, and Expense Management Systems. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams and analyze requirements from stakeholders and provide operational support by resolving incidents and all system inquiries in a timely manner. This role is critical in the support of core finance systems and is expected to maximize stakeholder engagement and build key relationships with Business Services Manila and APAC region.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The FSS Senior Analyst is primarily responsible for day-to-day system administration and support of the existing finance systems and ad-hoc services which include the following but are not limited to:

  • Finance Systems Support: Provide first and second level support, user access administration, and maintenance for financial systems in the areas of Accounting, Invoicing, Travel and Expense, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and MEC.
  • Basic User Training: Conduct basic training for system users.
  • Power BI Support: Create reports and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
  • Power Automate Support: Streamline tasks, improve productivity, and automate business processes.
  • Systems Issues Troubleshooting: Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting, including root cause analysis.
  • Ticketing System Monitoring: Ensure stakeholder queries are addressed according to SLA.
  • Project Management Support: Test new system features, escalate concerns, and recommend solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge Management: Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions, ensuring ISO compliance.
  • Process Improvement: Optimize activities, apply the 80:20 rule, and support process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Analytical and Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, VBA for Excel, basic SQL, Power BI, and Cognos; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Client and Service Focus: Resolve financial systems issues with a customer-centric mindset and strong service focus.
  • Communication and Coordination: Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management.
  • Adaptability and Learning: Quickly learn in-house IT systems and vendor products; multitask and handle multiple service initiatives.
  • Work Environment: Results-oriented, able to work under pressure with minimal supervision, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND /OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant finance system work experience, including Month End Close Tools, ERP Systems, and areas like Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or General Ledger.
  • Experience providing Level 1 and/or Level 2 support on financial systems, with knowledge of change and release management procedures.
  • Familiarity with change/incident/problem management systems (e.g., ServiceNow) and experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment.
