Bancassurance Financial Consultant

As a Financial Solutions Consultant, you'll be the go-to representative of our partner bank, offering tailored financial products and services to clients. This role blends sales, financial advising, and relationship management, giving you the chance to make a real impact—helping people plan for the future while enjoying life in the present. You'll be based at a designated bank branch, working closely with bank staff and reporting to the Area Sales Head to deliver strong results through strategic client acquisition and meaningful long-term engagement.

• Recommend and sell both Traditional and Variable Life Insurance products to bank clients.

• Deliver personalized financial advice based on each client's goals, needs, and risk appetite.

• Drive sales and new business growth within your assigned bank branch.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank personnel to encourage referrals and ongoing collaboration.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through quality post-sale service and support.

• Join sales initiatives and campaigns aimed at boosting client acquisition and deepening customer relationships.

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times.

• Provide timely and accurate sales reports and updates to the Area Sales Head.

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• For experienced professionals: at least 1 year of sales or account management experience in financial services or bancassurance is an advantage.

• Candidates with a background in insurance, bancassurance, or banking sales must provide a Certificate of Clearance.

• First-time insurance license applicants (organic candidates) are encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written).

• With a confident, customer-facing presence and strong presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• A team player with a proactive, service-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability.

• Must be willing to be assigned at a bank branch in Naga City.
