About The Role

Reporting into the Insights & Optimization team, this role will be a vital part of the partner lifecycle, specifically the coordination and delivery of managed operations services. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth communication and execution from start to finish of all Optimization and AI engagements. They will start by conducting kick-off meetings that review the services purchased and our expectations as a team, followed by setting up Slack channels, shared drives, project plan timelines, and gathering relevant information such as main POCs internally and externally and contract information. This role will also support optimization services for existing partners and Augmented AI preparation and setup.

Working closely with the implementation and launch teams, they will flag priorities, partner concerns, timelines, or other factors that may impact what and when delivery occurs. They will also be responsible for delivering status reports to relevant stakeholders.

You'll Be...

  • Smoothly onboard new Optimization partners with kick-off calls, communications, setting up Slack channels, introductions etc.
  • Engage new Optimization partners and educate them about the offerings they've purchased
  • Develop strong relationships with partners, understanding their needs and making sure our services align perfectly
  • Work with the team to create project timelines based on partner expectations
  • Detect and escalate technical issues or partner concerns to leaders
  • Gather partner feedback and relay it to our team. Act as the bridge between partners and the delivery team, especially in cases where more than one product is purchased
  • Assist cross-functional teams in identifying new service opportunities
  • Answer customer inquiries
  • Work with Crescendo team to identify areas of opportunity for optimization pre-Augmented AI implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prep for Augmented AI implementations
  • Ensure billing is accurate and timely

  • Experience in Zendesk, Salesforce, or other CRM
  • Experience conducting webinars and/or creating customer-facing educational videos
