The Customer Success Associate Development Program (CSADP) prepares entry-level candidates for an exciting and rewarding career within Oracle NetSuite. Associate Technical Support Engineer (ERP) participates in an initial onboarding experience focused on building customer management and technical knowledge through training, development, and shadowing.

What you'll do

  • Your primary tasks will include the following but are not limited to:
    - Provide technical support to Oracle global customers
    - Deliver resolution through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails
    - Perform highly complex troubleshooting and analysis
    - Actively work with Quality Assurance and Development teams to report design, reliability, maintenance problems, or bugs.
  • In this role, you will be our customers' first point of contact, responsible for delivering a world-class customer support experience to maximize their use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
  • Continue to practice and train your expertise in accounting, and acquire new skills in performing it in the IT Industry.
  • As a primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

What you'll bring

  • 2024/2025 Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or any related discipline.
  • You have the knowledge and understanding of the types of accounting such as (but not limited to) Financial and Cost Accounting.
  • You have a good understanding of the steps in the accounting cycle.
  • You have a basic knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • You are tenacious with a "get the job done" attitude, and you can find a way to solve the most complex problems with creativity and inventive thinking.
  • You are curious and resourceful in nature and will use the tools and resources available to you to seek answers before seeking support.
  • You can engage and connect with people in a way that builds long-term trust and a high level of customer satisfaction.
