Role Purpose:

  1. Implementation and support of Japan projects.
  2. Perform translation of business and technical documents from Japanese to English, and vice-versa as needed in the projects.
  3. Act as a bridge during meetings between Japanese speaking client's team and English-speaking team members.
  4. Communicate with Japanese speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing updates and alert escalation when needed.
  5. Assist in monitoring system alerts.
  6. Communicate critical alerts and issues to relevant teams, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
  7. Willing to learn new skills and technologies related to network, system administration, cloud, and automation.
  8. Coordinate and help during client visits.

Work Schedule:

  1. Ability to work in a 24x7 environment, including weekends and holidays.
  2. Hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications:

  1. At least N3 JLPT.
  2. Experience in translation and interpretation preferably in a business or technical environment.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  5. Ability to adapt to changing environments and demands with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as they arise.
