Position Responsibilities

Deltek is seeking an Associate Recruiting Operations Specialist to join our Global Recruitment Marketing and Operations Team and support the APAC and EMEA Recruitment Team. This role is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills in operations, systems management, marketing, and reporting, all with a focus on Recruiting.

As a Recruiting Operations Specialist, you'll support the recruiting life cycle from an operations perspective, drive operational excellence in working with internal teams and our external candidates, learn and use innovative tools, and be a part of our culture of learning which offers excellent professional development and long-term growth opportunities.

A typical week could involve a video meeting with your global peers, preparing and extending offer letters and background check requests, building reports, recommending and designing process improvements, helping to coordinate a local or virtual recruitment event, working with IT on changes to a recruitment technology, aiding in new employee onboarding, and delivering trainings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 1+ years' experience working in Operations or Human Resources, 2+ years preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills (functions such as VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP, pivot tables, calculated fields)
  • 1+ years' experience preferred with an ATS and/or CRM (we use IBM Brassring ATS and Smashfly CRM)
  • Knack for process improvement; desire to step in and offer solutions
  • Technology-focused and systems-minded individual
  • Strong focus on customer service, operational excellence, and process improvement
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral business English skills
