treasury supervisor

Job description:

• Must be a graduate of Accounting, Finance or any related courses.

• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Must be proficient in using MS Office and SAP.

• Amenable to work in (2) for D. Tuazon, Quezon City and (1) for Ortigas

• Available to start immediately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and forecast Daily Cash Position Reports to ensure all released checks are funded.

• Daily update DCR Recon - send to Barge Financial Loop

• Monitoring of all incoming and outgoing transactions.

• Responsible for checking/reviewing and posting of daily tagging of all cleared checks in SAP.

• Updates all necessary records, such as Daily Cashier's Report to make sure that balance per bank and per book tallies regularly.

• Provide reports on Cash Position and be able to assess opportunities/risk in Investment (Placement).

• Monitor of Placement, monthly interest earned, Advances from/to Affiliates, And Loan from Capex Fund Reports.

• Updates schedule of payment of Advances from/to Affiliates, and Loan from Capex Fund.

• Reviews the Disbursement Voucher (DV), Check & MC Forms for every approved Accounts Payable Voucher (APV).

• Review the Monthly DCR report send by Finance & Treasury Asst. before submit to Accounting Dept.

• Responsible for the checking monitoring of Revolving Funds. Gives regular update on movement / breakdown of their COH.

• Preparation of requests for payment of advances from/to affiliates in accordance with the Cash flow projection.

• Preparation of requests for payment of monthly STP interest earned.

• Preparation of requests for payment for Placement and the necessary documents

• Prepares and submit weekly and monthly Bank Movement Reports sent to Audit.

• Prepare Monthly CASA Report.

• Monthly Cash Flows Report actual projection, discuss with Company Head and submit softcopy to CEO).

• Review all entry made by Finance & Treasury Assist in Incoming Module (collections, Deposit and other returned Cash/transfer transaction)

• Responsible for the recording of all deposits made to SAP Deposit Module.

• Checking and review the update of AR collection sent by Finance & Treasury Assist.

• Gives update on Company's AR (Post in Huddle & Barge Financial Loop).

Others:

• Responsible for the transmittal and follow ups of ATM payroll applications to all employees of CCBATI, EPI and FVC. Once processed, ATM cards and pin mailer will be forwarded to HR.

• Responsible for verifying of Crew Closed Bank Account.

• Responsible for the processing of documents for the bank account opening, amendments of signatories, and other bank related concerns as required by the management.

• Monitor and resolve all pertinent issue for Bank

• Supervise the Finance & Treasury Assistant

• Maintain good relationship with the Bank

• Answers all audits finding.

• Answers all query / concern of other department.

• Any other work related to Treasury and Finance works as directed by the management from time to time.
