Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Prospect new large accounts, generate interest, qualify, develop and close new business.
  2. Identify business opportunities and meet with key decision makers to obtain commitment in pursuit of the sale.
  3. Create, plan and implement strategic sales and business development initiatives.
  4. Work independently to meet and exceed revenue targets and goals assigned.
  5. Market the company, ensuring that the organization receives positive exposure to enhance the brand image.
  6. Utilize references and industry contacts to increase sales.

Role Specification

  1. Bachelor's Degree is required.
  2. At least 8 years of relevant experience with a good sales track record.
  3. Experience in IT Sales, Banking, Financial, Telco or Information Technology is preferred.
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Ability to work in a start-up organization.
  6. Self-motivated, energetic, adaptive to changes and willing to accept challenges in this market.
  7. Able to communicate well and present ideas with a clear thought process is an advantage.
  8. In addition, other duties as assigned.
