We are seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Communications and Campaign Specialist to join our team. This role will help amplify WSP Manila's capabilities to our external audience and shape a vibrant workplace culture through employer branding content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating a strategic content marketing plan aligned to our business objectives and have experience in cross-functional collaboration across various teams in the organization to deliver projects effectively. They should be adept at developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and producing high-quality content that resonates with our target audiences.

This role combines creativity with analytical skills to help deliver great outcomes across WSP Manila's external brand awareness, internal employee communication, and content development while working to best practice and being part of a strong positive culture in Manila.

Main Activities and Responsibilities: (including but not limited to)

Internal Employee Engagement

  • Deliver monthly newsletter capturing important news and announcements for employee engagement.
  • Maintain and manage intranet content with the latest company updates locally and globally, capturing company highlights and #LifeAtWSP moments.

Strategic Content Development

  • Help develop content for business presentations that highlight WSP Manila's capabilities, outstanding achievements, and success stories, important company milestones.
  • Manage portfolio of work for WSP Manila, to help create a library of our historical achievements, milestones, and success stories.

Marketing Campaign Strategies

  • Create integrated marketing campaigns for local execution aligned with the business goals or global campaign initiatives.
  • Support company events with localized campaign strategies.
  • Develop PR Kits for campaigns or media press releases.

Social Media Content Planning

  • Integrate marketing campaign strategies into the social media channels of WSP Manila.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to produce high-quality content to drive #LifeAtWSP moments.
  • Community management of social media platforms.

Market Research

  • Conduct regular competitive analysis and market research for benchmarking of our local content and strategies.
  • Analyze and monitor employee engagement and traffic on our intranet.

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in marketing, employer branding, corporate communications.
  • Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, or any related Degree in Communications.

Experience, Skills and Organisational Knowledge

  • Copywriting: Proven track record in writing content that blends storytelling with business objectives. Ability to adapt tone and style to different formats, from social media content to long-form company stories and campaigns.
  • High proficiency in English: Able to communicate effectively in verbal and written communications.
  • Collaboration: Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work closely with leaders and teams across the business (e.g., HR, HSEQ, Finance, Workplace, Business Operations, Global counterparts) to ensure scope of messaging.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, ensuring output is delivered on time and aligned with the business goals.
  • Strategic Vision: A big picture thinker who can balance day-to-day demands/requirements with long-term projects while keeping a growth mindset to help support our Marketing & Communications team operate smoothly.
  • Creative and attention to detail: Maintain brand standards according to WSP's global brand guidelines.
  • Microsoft Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Tech Savvy: Updated with the latest marketing tech tools for insights, collaboration, and innovation.
