Position: Marketing Campaigns Specialist

Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualizes, develops, and executes marketing campaigns
  2. Responsible for achieving all job scope KPIs and targets
  3. Ensures smooth and timely execution of campaigns
  4. Collaborates and coordinates across multiple teams including Social Media, Brand Marketing, Business Development, Design, and Operations
  5. Reports to Marketing Campaigns Project Manager or Sub-Lead

Qualifications:

  1. At least 4 years of work experience
  2. Bachelor's degree graduate. Background in communications/marketing is preferred
  3. Prior experience in Fintech, e-wallets, telco, eCommerce marketing and/or campaign management will be a bonus
  4. Excellent communication skills and command of the English language (written and spoken)
  5. Strong grasp on numbers
  6. Works swiftly, able to pivot quickly with changes in direction, and meets all deadlines
  7. Displays ownership over one's work, successes, and mistakes
  8. Accountable and responsible for all deliverables
  9. Honest, transparent, and has integrity in all aspects of work
  10. Emotionally intelligent and with good interpersonal skills
  11. Able to be creative operationally and strategically
  12. Able to follow directives to the letter and also think for themselves
  13. Thorough; attentive to details; highly proactive; resourceful; logical; critical thinker; has a growth mindset; team player
