Job Description:

  • Achieves monthly team sales goals.
  • Assists In-house Property Specialists in recruiting marketing partners.
  • Assists In-house Property Specialists in booth-manning.
  • Creates sponsor programs for SMDC.
  • Monitors the sales of the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course.
  • Preferably has 2 years of real estate sales experience.
  • Must be able to lead and manage a team of in-house sellers.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Pleasant personality.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market.
