DIRECTOR FOR PROPERTY INVESTMENT (SALES DIRECTOR)

SMDC Pasay, National Capital Region, Philippines

Job Summary:

The Sales Director is responsible for overseeing specific sales regions or product segments. This role focuses on implementing sales strategies within their designated area and ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales plans for assigned regions/segments in alignment with company goals.
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Associate Sales Directors and Sellers.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Maintain key client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance and forecasts to upper management.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Business courses or related college program
  • MUST be a LICENSED BROKER
  • With more than 5 years of experience in Real Estate
  • Demonstrated success in regional or product sales leadership roles.
  • Strong team management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the sales process, market conditions, and industry trends.
