Job Summary:

The jobholder is primarily responsible in supporting the Sales Division in terms of complaint logging and handling. He/She is also assigned to coordinate with various departments to address requests and inquiry related to sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the sales operations in terms of complaint resolution across all campaigns for telesales, branch, direct and corporates sales.

Ensure that all complaints are deliberated with proper call chronology and call analysis based on call validation.

Prepare accounts for endorsement for various requests such as reversal, cancellation, transfer of insurance, delivery of certificate.

Close monitoring of Customer Interactive Maintenance System (CIMS) and all other channels such as email are completed within the required turnaround time (TAT).

Request call retrieval if needed and do necessary call validation.

Provide the vital reports which will indicate the status of all complaints, requests and query both for all open and closed items for the month.

Consolidate cancellation and reversal requests for all insurance and non-insurance complaints with the proper endorsement to operations for handling.

Provide reports on error of both telesales agents as well as sales verifiers for basis of performance

Performs projects or tasks that may be assigned from time to time (e.g. BORC, BCP, Cost Champion, Corp. Correspondents, Line trainer, e-Champ)

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holder; preferably graduate of business course

At least 6 months experience in sales and/or administrative work

Knowledge in report generation, drafting and preparing communication materials is preferred but not required

Experience in dealing with various units of the organization and customer service is an advantage

Experience working in Cards business is preferred but not required

Working knowledge of MS Officer applications (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
