Responsibilities


•Prepare and consolidate accurate financials statements in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS for monthly, quarterly and annual reporting periods ensuring adherence to established timelines and accuracy.


•Ensure timely and accurate consolidation submission of financial data for SEC filings, adhering to strict regulatory timelines.


•Lead and support the coordination and integration of financial data from various departments to ensure a seamless a accurate close.


•Manage the consolidation of financial results, including intercompany eliminations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal financial policies.


•Prepare and review detailed financial statements footnotes, disclosures and other supporting requirements related to NAM region.


•Ensure that all financial reporting and consolidation processes adhere to controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Local GAAP / US GAAP experience
