What will you be doing?

• Ensuring timely, quality, and cost-competitive supplies to the unit.

• Taking responsibility for the relative spending in the sourcing category.

• Meeting targets and deliverables set by the Sourcing Manager.

• Supporting the implementation of unit and/or category-led sourcing initiatives.

• Fostering cross-functional collaboration and maintaining stakeholder relationships.

• Leading local supplier negotiation, selection, and management following KONE's strategic sourcing process.

• Addressing supplier quality performance issues.

• Assisting in regular reporting of unit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including monthly budget and forecast data.

• Updating and maintaining price lists in relevant systems and databases.

• Ensuring compliance with KONE sourcing policies and procedures.

• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.

• Support purchasing activity – source for suppliers and negotiations

• Support ad-hoc request and reporting whenever needed

Are you the one?

• Bachelor's degree holder in business or related courses

• Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement or purchasing in a multinational working environment

• User knowledge of SAP / ERP and other sourcing system is an advantage

• Providing high quality and correctness of data through monitoring and reports to the business

• Knowledge on suppliers' contracts and policies

• Candidate must be fluent in local language
